New Job Requisition Fields

New fields are available in job requisitions, job requisition templates, and create position flow:

• Work Start Date
• Work End Date
• Salary Period

The Work Start Date and Work End Date fields will help organizations to publish the duration of the job when hiring for temporary or contract based jobs. The Salary Period field in conjunction with Minimum and Maximum Salary fields will help organizations to publish the salary range for a job. 

Steps to Enable

The Work Start Date, Work End Date, and Salary Period fields are available in both Redwood Experience and Responsive Experience.

In the Redwood Experience, you can personalize these fields using constants and business rules. For more information, refer to the Extending HCM Redwood Applications Using Visual Builder Studio guide.

In the Responsive Experience, you can display these fields by creating rules in Transaction Design Studio using the Recruiting - Create Job Requisition and Request a New Position actions. For more information, refer to the topic Create a Rule to Configure a Page in Recruiting in the Implementing Recruiting guide.
