Redwood Experience for Job Offer Approval Task

Approve job offers using the Approvals work area that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

When the Approvals work area is enabled, you can access it from Navigator > Tools > Approvals.

The Approvals Tasks page shows a list of the tasks assigned to you, including business attributes depending on approval type. You can organize your work using supplied filters, search on keywords, and approve or reject approvals.

Click a job offer approval title to open the Quick View, which displays key information about the job offer approval and allows you to approve or reject it from the same screen. You can click the arrow to navigate to the next task in the list.

To get more information or take an action that isn’t yet available in the Quick View, click View More Details to open the Analytics Publisher or Application Development Framework (ADF) notification. You can view the approval notification page which displays more fields and the offer letter link.

  1. Annual Salary
  2. Hire Date
  3. Business Unit
  4. Department
  5. Work Location
  6. Position or Job Name
  7. Grade 
  8. Recruiter
  9. Hiring Manager
  10. Offer Letter Template Name
  11. Other Compensation section displaying Individual Compensation Plan details

The Approvals work area is designed and built with performance as a priority. The user experience is improved for both desktop and tablet or mobile users, making it easy to act quickly on approval tasks and notifications.
