Alt Text for Images in Campaign Email Editor

You now have the ability to provide alt text for images in campaign emails to support accessibility for users using screen readers. This new field is visible in two places:

• Manage HTML Email Templates  in Setup and Maintenance (for the Campaign User Email Templates type).
• When designing email content during campaign setup.

In either scenario, a new Alt text field is visible when you insert an image using the Select Element Type window.

Enter the text you want to read to users of screen readers.

This feature improves the user experience for users who rely on screen readers.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
