Enable New Benefits Alerts
You can now use the standard Alerts functionality to send automatic notifications to benefits participants for these events:
- Benefit bill charges
- Benefit bill payments
- Self-report life events (submission confirmation, approval, rejection, and requests for more information)
- Court orders
These alerts are sent only when the features are accessed through the Redwood pages.
You need to enable the court orders alert to make it available to benefits users.
