Improved Experience for Searching and Adding Skills in the Skills Center

Provides new customers of Dynamic Skills with an intuitive experience that allows employees to search for and add skills as either developing or developed in their Skills Center.

This is supported for all customers, regardless of whether they have enabled AI.

  • Adding new non-library skills into the correct grouping is now a one-click process, eliminating the need to add the skill to the AI skill suggestions and assign it to a group.
  • If skills AI is enabled, when employees click into the skill search box, they will no longer be shown a list of AI-suggested skills. Instead, they will see library-suggested skills, based on Oracle Search, as they type. They can continue to access AI-suggested skills.
  • If skills AI isn't enabled, employees can search for library skills using Oracle Search.

Provides improved user efficiency and streamlined skill management.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

For customers who are already using Dynamic Skills prior to this release, an upgrade path to this newer version of Dynamic Skills will be provided in a subsequent release.
