Guided Journeys Available on Journeys Pages
You can now use guided journey tasks on journey pages to provide guidance, such as tutorials, company policies, and best practices.
Provide guidance to users in the context of the journey transactions they perform based on their role.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable the ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option to enable guided journeys. By default, this profile option is set to N.

To change the default profile option value and enable the feature, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

Search for the ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option code and select the profile option in the search results.

In the ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED: Profile Values area, enter Y in the Profile Value field.

Click Save and Close.

Click Done.

You enable guided journeys in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio). Ensure that you have access to it. Instances and workspaces should have been correctly set as well.

Access Requirements
You must be granted these privileges:
- Manage Journey (ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_TEMPLATE) aggregate privilege to work on journey templates.

Journey Builder Duty (ORA_PER_JOURNEY_BUILDER_DUTY) duty privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.

Manage Guided Journeys (ORA_PER_MANAGE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS) aggregate and function privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.

Application Administrator role to access VB Studio.
