Flexfield Parameters Supported for Assignment EFF in Redwood Employment Processes
You can now ensure data accuracy by allowing users to use assignment attributes as parameters for assignment extensible flexfields.
Assignment attributes can be used in the following cases:
-
Parameters for assignment extensible flexfields.
-
Input parameters when creating a value set for an extensible flexfield segment.
You can now use assignment attributes as parameters when you configure assignment extensible flexfields.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- Assignment legislative flexfields (DDF) and customer flexfields (DFF) can't be used as parameters for extensible flexfields (EFF).
-
If you revisit any of the sections and change a dependent attribute, the EFF attribute isn't nullified. If the existing segment value isn't valid as per the current parameter value, then the process displays an error on clicking Submit.
-
Use Business Rules to default values because defaulting using SQL isn't supported.
