Reset the Autoconversion Flag After Reverse Terminating Pending Workers

For pending workers, you can now automatically reset the Include in autoconversion option to No after you reverse terminate them.

You can autoconvert pending workers using a scheduled process and if a pending worker is reverse terminated, the Include in autoconversion option is also set to Yes. Because of this, the auto conversion scheduled process converts the same person again. You can avoid this using this new feature.

This feature is available in:

  • Redwood Reverse Termination
  • Redwood Cancel Work Relationship
  • Worker REST Service
  • HCM Data Loader

This feature is useful for organizations with a large number of pending workers that use the scheduled process to autoconvert pending workers.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

You can use this feature only in Redwood enabled pages. Here are the other profile options you need to enable in order to use this feature.
