Activity Time Visible in Available Offerings

Learners can view the activity date, time, and timezone for any instructor-led or blended offering with a single instructor-led activity on the Available Offerings page. Managers can see this information on the Assign Learning page.

This enhancement lets learners and managers make informed enrollment decisions without having to open the details page of each offering individually.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

If an offering includes multiple instructor-led activities, these details won't appear.  Times and timezone information is displayed as the learning administrator defined it for the activity.
