Enhanced Recognition Points Management

You can now configure the distribution of recognition points on a yearly, monthly, or weekly basis. This enhancement allows you to set the number of points for each recognition or award. Previously, each employee could use only 200 fixed points per month to recognize others.

Click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Global Settings.

Configure Global Settings

When you set up an award program, you can set a minimum number of points, a maximum number of points, and an increment so that managers have a discrete set of options in terms of number of points when sending an award. You can also set up award programs that allow fixed points.

This enhancement allows more flexible control over the distribution of recognition points. It also allows tailoring recognition and award programs to align with specific business goals, by setting point values that reflect the importance of different achievements.
