Override SDI Change During Employee Disability

When an employee is on leave due to a disability, and a Salario Diario Integrado (SDI) change is effective during that absence period (for example, based on seniority, salary update, UMA change), the new SDI change will apply when the employee returns to work.

You can now choose when an SDI change will be reported in the social security reporting using the new organization card override Report SDI Change During Employee Disability.

The default value is No which means that the SDI change will take effect when the employee returns to work according to legislative guidelines. If you select Yes, the SDI change is reported immediately during the disability absence.
