Lunar Monthly Payroll Frequency Support

You can now process payroll using a lunar-monthly payroll cycle to comply with employment agreements in Mexico.

Create a new payroll definition using the Payroll Definitions task, and select Monthly Lunar from the Period Type list of values to create a lunar-monthly payroll.

Create Payroll Definition

The lunar-monthly payroll definition has a payroll schedule of 13 payroll periods in a calendar year for the number of years you specified. After you have saved the payroll definition, assign employees to it. You can also use the HCM Data Loader to assign multiple employees.

The lunar monthly payroll frequency adds flexibility to the payroll calculation support in compliance with Mexican legislation.
