Redwood: HR Administrator Work Area Enhancements
HR specialists can now take advantage of these Redwood redesigned features that are now available:
- Redwood redesigned check person eligibility
- Ability to add goals when creating a new mass assignment process for performance or development goals
- Ability to add goals when creating a new goal plan
Redwood Redesigned Check Person Eligibility
When mass assigning performance or development goals or when creating goal plans, HR specialists can use the Redwood redesigned Check person eligibility drawer panel to check a person’s eligibility based on the eligibility criteria added to the mass assignment process or goal plan. HR specialists can identify if the person is eligible for the various eligibility criteria added and their overall eligibility status.
Add Goals When Creating a New Mass Process for Performance or Development Goals
When creating a new mass assignment for performance or development goals or when creating a mass share process for performance goals, HR specialists can now add goals in the Goals section.
Add Goals When Creating a New Goal Plan
When creating a new goal plan, HR specialists can now add goals in the Goals section.
Leverage these enhancements and get these benefits:
- Enhance your goal assignment process by verifying if the planned assignees are eligible.
- Simplify your mass processes by adding goals when creating the process.
- Complete the goal plan creation process at once by adding goals when creating the goal plan.
Steps to Enable
To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.
