Allows read-only access to HR specialists for the performance goals of workers.

View Development Goal by Worker

Allows read-only access to workers for their development goals.

ORA_HRG_VIEW_DEVELOPMENT_GOAL_BY_MANAGER

View Development Goal by Manager

Allows read-only access to development goals of subordinates.
