The Update Workload Consolidation for Staffing Requirements scheduled process establishes the workload consolidation frequency after getting updated workload and volume requirements. This centralized workload consolidation process evaluates workload and staffing plan criteria and establishes a workload requirement for all dates, days of the week, and times for the schedule period.

  1. On the Tools > Scheduled Processes page, schedule a new process.
  2. On the Schedule New Process dialog box, search for and select Update Workload Consolidation for Staffing Requirements.
  3. Click OK.
