Self Service Qualified Entitlement Display
You can now configure qualification plans to enable the display of qualified entitlements in a new tab on the Redwood Absence Balance page. There are two new fields called Worker Balance Display and Manager Balance Display in a new section called Balance Display under the Plan Attributes tab of the qualification plan setup page.
Screen capture of the Balance Display options
There are four display options available for you:
- Do not display – The qualified entitlements won't be displayed on the Absence Balance page.
- Always display – The qualified entitlement will always be displayed even if the worker isn't eligible for the plan and the entitlement is zero.
- Display when eligible – The qualified entitlement will be displayed only if the worker is eligible for the plan.
- Display when in use – The qualified entitlement will be displayed only if the worker has consumed a part of the entitlement in the current plan term year.
Use the new balance display options to display qualified entitlements in a new tab on the Redwood Absence Balance page.
