Improved accrual processing for Retro Absences

The application now has enhancements to improve overall processing time when a retro absence is updated or created. When you add or modify an absence in a past repeating period, the system calculates accruals for each repeating period until the last accrual calculation date. Previously, when there were additional absences beyond the retroactive entry, the process was repeated for each absence. Now the system identifies the repeating periods that need to be recalculated and does the recalculation for them just once.
