Compensatory Time Pay Rate Configuration
There is a new option in the Rates section, under the Entries and Balances tab of the compensatory plan setup page called Rate Date Rule. You can use it to specify whether the compensatory time taken should be paid using the worker's current rate, or their rate when the time off was earned.

These are the two options:
Option | What it does |
---|---|
Absence Date | Absence is paid using the worker's pay rate as of the absence date. |
Earned Date | Absence is paid using the worker's pay rate when the time off was earned. |
Use a new Rate Date Rule option to specify whether compensatory time taken should be paid using the worker’s current rate or their rate when the time off was earned.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
