Enhanced Redwood Person Search

Redwood Quick Action person searches and Person Spotlight Advanced Search have been enhanced with these features for better user experience:

Support for Search Views configuration
Sorting options available easily on the results page instead of the filters panel.
New manager-related filters:
- Working as Manager: Allows you to filter people working as a manager. The filter displays workers who have the working as manager flag enabled or disabled.
- Manager Filters group: Allows you to filter people using the relationship type between the manager and employee. The filter displays workers that have the specified relationship with their manager.

These enhancements provide a configurable, easier to use, and a more capable user experience.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Review the search views for the person search pages by navigating to My Client Groups > Search Views quick action in the Data Exchange section.

Access to the search pages powered by the search views configurations doesn't require any extra security setup.
To manage the search views for the person search pages, you need the HRC_MANAGE_SEARCH_VIEWS_PRIV privilege. This privilege provides access to the Search Views admin page.
