Enhancements to Learning Assignment Management for Terminated Employment

We made changes to the Update Learning Assignment Statuses to Deleted or Withdrawn for Learners Whose Employment Was Terminated process, which is responsible for handling the deletion or withdrawal of learning assignments on employment termination:

This process was renamed Delete or Withdraw Learning for Terminated Employment
Active and preactive assignments won't be withdrawn while processing the learning assignments for employee global transfers and reverse terminations.
You can now specify whether this process withdraws learning assignments that are part of active initiatives.

This enhancement ensures continuity in learning and skill development for learners while reducing the administrative burden of reassigning or re-enrolling employees in courses.
