Team Insights for HR Professionals

HR professionals can now access the Oracle Celebrate dashboard for team-wise analysis. By searching for a specific manager, they can view the team’s recognition trends and engagement metrics. Although the view is similar to the manager’s dashboard, this version excludes options for giving recognitions and awards, focusing solely on insights into team dynamics and achievements.

Click My Client Groups, Show More, Team Overview under Celebrate to launch the dashboard.

This enhancement enables HR professionals to gain actionable insights into team recognition trends, fostering informed decision-making and improving team engagement strategies.
