Privacy on Recognition Visibility

Administrators can now control the visibility of recognitions and awards within the Celebrate work area at the program level. Previously, all recognitions and awards were visible to everyone. With the new Visible to the managers and the receiver setup option while creating the program, you can restrict the visibility so that only the recipient and their manager chain can view specific recognitions or awards. This ensures privacy where required.

To set this privacy option. click My Client Groups, Show More, Configure Programs, Add Program.

This visibility option enhances privacy by allowing administrators to restrict recognition visibility, creating a more secure and customizable recognition experience.

Steps to Enable
