Redwood Experience for Costing of Payment Results
The Costing of Payment Results page has been moved to the Redwood toolkit, giving the page the look of Redwood, along with the backend functionality that Redwood has to offer.
You can use the new Costing of Payment Results Redwood page to quickly view cost results generated from the Costing of Payments process.
The new Costing of Payment Results page design offers you the following:
- View all the payment cost results generated for an employee.
- View the cost results that are now grouped to show debit and credit for a specific cost result.
- Use the Export option to export the calculated payment cost results details into an MS Excel worksheet.
- View the debit and credit totals.
- Add additional columns from the available columns list to include additional cost result information in your view.
- Use the Process field to view the calculated payment cost results of the employee for a previous payroll period.
- Use the Process Details tab to view details of the process.
You can access the Payment Costing Results page by using these navigation options:
- Person Results task>Search for an employee> Payment Costing Results page of the employee.
- Process Results Summary task>Search for and select the flow you've submitted>View individual records processed by the flow>Actions menu on an individual record>Open Payment Costing Results page of the employee.
Take advantage of all the features that come with the new Redwood Payslips page for a more modern feel. With the new page you can have the ability to search for the page on the Ask Oracle page, include the page in a journey, or enable nudge for the page.
Steps to Enable
Use these steps to enable the redesigned Redwood VBS Run Results page:
- Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance area
- Search for the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
- On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for and select the ORA_PAY_PROCESS_RESULT_PAGES_FOR_PERSON_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option.
- In the Profile Values section, click Add.
- Select Site to specify that the level the profile value set at Site level.
- Click Save and Close.
In order to enable any of the Redwood pages, the central profile option ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED (Enable VBCS Progressive Web Application User Interfaces across HCM application) must be set to Y.
