Security Enhancement to Costing Setup Pages

Costing setup pages, such as Costing of Payrolls, Costing of Departments are now secured using new function privileges. New functional and data security for each costing page is now available in the new aggregate privilege as specified below. The aggregate privileges are granted to the Payroll Implementation duty role (ORA_PAY_PAYROLL_IMPLEMENTATION_DUTY).

Use the new aggregate privileges to define your new custom roles for the costing pages and new redwood pages when delivered. Customers that already have custom roles must be able to access the old and new Redwood costing pages using their existing roles.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

The existing function privileges are still supported for existing costing pages and these new privileges don't impact existing users.
