Support Candidate Search Archiving for Redwood Candidate Search

The Candidate Search dimension in the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area includes these new filters which are located in the Search Queries sub-folder:

  • Applied to Requisition Filter
  • Event Filter

With this enhancement, reporting is up to date with the adjustments done in candidate search.

Steps to Enable

As for any other search archiving feature, the Candidate Search Archiving feature must be enabled, and the scheduled process Convert Candidate Search Logs for Reporting Purposes has to be run to convert candidate search logs into readable columns for reporting purposes.

Note that the Requisition Name field and fields listed below are converted into lowercase letters when the candidate search is used in the Redwood experience. For example, if you search for IBM, the report will show ibm.
