Reporting for Hiring Events

You can now gain insight into your Hiring Events by creating custom reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.

A new subject area named Recruiting-Hiring Events Real Time is available. With this new subject area, you can create reports that show the number of events created in a specific time period, number of audience members registered across all events for a specific time period, etc.

Below is how the structure of this new subject area looks like.

With the new Recruiting-Hiring Events Real Time subject area, you can learn more about the efficiency of events and also identify whether you have reached out to the right candidates for your organization.

Steps to Enable

Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).

Access Requirements

Below are the new roles implemented for the subject area Recruiting-Hiring Events Real Time. 

• Hiring Events Transaction Analysis Duty to give access to the new subject area
  • FBI_HIRING_EVENTS_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
• Hiring Events Transaction Analysis : Report on hiring events for which they are the owner
  • ORA_FBI_HIRING_EVENTS_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY_HCM    
• Report All Hiring Events: Report on all hiring events available in the system
  • ORA_IRC_REPORT_ALL_HIRING_EVENTS_DUTY
