HCM Data Loader: Use Dynamic Skills When Loading Business Objects

Use dynamic skills when loading job requisition, job requisition template, candidate, and job application business objects using HCM Data Loader. When the dynamic skills are enabled, you can use the ContentItem and ContentItemId attributes in mentioned business objects to load skills as provided in Skill Center section.

With this enhancement, you can extend your bulk-loading capabilities to load business objects having dynamic skills.

• To use curated skills in Skill Center section, you need to use the ContentItem and ContentItemId attributes, and the SectionContext attribute in the Skill Center section context.
• For all other skills section, you can use the ItemText2401 attribute and the corresponding Skill Center section context in the SectionContext attribute.
