Redwood Experience for Performance Templates and Performance Template Section Setup Pages

Check out the Performance Management Template and Performance Template Sections setup pages that can be used to complete your Redwood experience. These pages or flows have been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to improve the user experience by having the same backend functionality.

As a HR user, you can go to My Client Groups > Performance > Setup and Maintenance > Performance Templates

Performance Templates Page

On the Performance Template page, you can do the following:

Search and select an existing performance template to edit it.
Create new performance templates.
Refresh the list of templates.
Delete not in use templates.

Guided Process to Create New Performance Template

You can use Add to create a performance template using the guided process. Each tab of the template is now available as a separate step. You can add details as you progress through each step and Save. You can click Continue to go to the next step.

Performance Template Sections

You can go to My Client Groups > Performance > Setup Maintenance > Performance Template Sections to access the Performance Template Sections page. You can use existing template sections or create a new with the content items you require. You can delete the template sections that are not in use.

By using these new pages or flows you can take advantage of cohesiveness through the application.

Steps to Enable

You need to configure the profile options for Redwood performance documents as indicated in the following table.

Access Requirements

You need to grant HR specialists the following privileges:

Delete Performance Template (HRA_DELETE_PERFORMANCE_TEMPLATE_PRIV)
Delete Performance Template Section (HRA_DELETE_PERFORMANCE_TEMPLATE_SECTION_PRIV)
