Analyze Salary Introduction in Redwood Add Flows

In release 25A we introduced the analyze salary feature on Redwood Change Salary and Salary History pages. Now, it's also available in these add person flows to do what-if analysis to arrive at the appropriate proposed salary:

• Hire an Employee
• Add Pending Worker
• Convert Pending Worker
• Add Non Worker
• Add Contingent Worker
• Create Work Relationship

This feature lets you identify the proposed salary after assessing the effect on salary metrics for all types of salary bases.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

The ability to pass the new salary amount from the Analyze Salary drawer to the main page is available only with salary bases where the user determines the salary. For salary basis types that have components, you can also do what-if analysis. But you can’t return the proposed salary amount to the main page because the salary is based on individual components.

You can hide the feature or specific fields using business rules.
