Global Payroll - Calculation Information
Values Defined by Criteria (ValuesDefinedByCriteria.dat)
Component | Description |
---|---|
Values Defined By Criteria | A calculation value defined by criteria that defines how a value is calculated in payroll processing using range items, calculation types, and values that can be entered or overridden on calculation cards. |

Defines the criteria, including the name and type, such as the location of an employee. |
|
The value for the criteria. For example, when the criteria is based on an employee's location, the literal value could be New York City. |

The definition of the value, including the name used to identify the value, such as Bonus. |

The value for each criteria, including the type of calculation and the value, such as 500 USD. |

The Candidate object hierarchy has introduced a new component:

Candidate Citizenship | The state or nation to which the candidate belongs, is a native of, or a naturalized member. |

Payroll Localization - United States
Tax Withholding (TaxWithholding.dat)
This object has been restructured to provide new objects in the hierarchy for each change to a Tax Withholding component. For example, fields have been added, removed, labels updated, list of values changed, attribute default changes etc.
Attributes previously on components such as Federal Taxes are moved to dated child components. For example, Federal Taxes Base, Federal Taxes 2020, and Federal Taxes 2023. This results in 160 new components to the object hierarchy.
