Filtering and formatting of these list of values (LoVs) is now available.

The LoVs are displayed in a column format and they can be sorted and filtered based on additional attributes, such as business title, work email, and so on.
You can view more info in the LoVs and see only the pertinent results.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations

The search terms won't be highlighted in the drop-down in the LoVs.

Country list sorting is based on the country name rather than the code.
