Hide Add Button on Redwood Document Records List Page
You can now control the display of the Add button on the Redwood Document Records list page by configuring the value for the Show Add Button page property.
By default, the Show Add Button page property is enabled, which is why the Add button is displayed on the Document Records list page.

Configure the Show Add Button page property to hide the Add button on the Redwood Document Records list page, Business Rules pane.

To hide the Add button on the Redwood Document Records list page, select No.

You can use this feature if your organization has a policy of not allowing end users to add document records from the UI.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

This feature is available only on the Redwood Document Records list page.

If you hide the Add button, it's hidden from all navigations. For example, Me, My Team, and My Client Groups tabs. If you want to selectively hide the button based on roles, refer to the example at Control Display Based on User Roles
