Hide Contact Details in Learning Notifications

You can now hide instructor and learning coordinator details, such as name, email, and phone number in these learning notifications:

• Events sent using Microsoft Outlook integration
• .ICS attachments included in delivered event alerts 
• .ICS attachments downloaded manually by learners or instructors from the Learning and Development app 

This feature lets you secure contact information for instructors and coordinators.

Steps to Enable

Select the appropriate value for the ORA_WLF_INCLUDE_INSTRUCTOR_COORDINATOR_IN_NOTIFICATIONS profile option. Use the Setup and Maintenance > Tasks panel Search, Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

Available profile values:

• Include instructor and coordinator details (default)
• Include instructor details only
• Include coordinator details only
• Exclude instructor and coordinator details
