One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Learning Access Enhancements for Recommendations

You now have the option to skip recommendations for people in the audience when they don't have access to the learning being recommended. Also, verify if the learners have existing learning assignments and avoid recommending the learning to those who do.

This enhancement improves the overall effectiveness and relevance of learning recommendations.

Tips And Considerations

The profile option settings don't apply when a manager or learner creates recommendations for specific learning. In these cases, the recommendations aren't sent for audience members where either or both of these conditions are met:

  • The recipient doesn't have access to the learning being recommended.
  • The recipient has an existing engagement for the learning being recommended.

The settings do apply when learning administrators recommend learning and either or both of the conditions are met.
