Learning Description Enrichment Agent

Learning administrators and catalog managers can now use the Learning Description Enrichment agent to generate the summaries and descriptions for multiple learning items at a time.

  1. Create and run a learning description enrichment agent using the My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Learning Description Enrichment task.
    1. Add a Learning Description Enrichment agent.
    2. Complete the required details.
    3. Run the agent to process the applicable learning items.

  1. Make changes in the generated Microsoft Excel workbook.
    1. After the agent is successfully processed, you can download the generated workbook and review the suggestions in the Accept column.
    2. Select Y or N to accept or reject each suggestion.
    3. You can also edit the short description and proposed description, as appropriate.
    4. To update your changes in Oracle Learning, click Upload Changes.

This enhancement reduces manual administrative tasks, simplifying the work of learning administrators.

Steps to Enable

Create a filter list using the My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Filtered Lists task.

  1. On the New Lists page, set Object to Learning Items
  2. Set Subscriber to Learning Description Enrichment.
  3. Apply the appropriate conditions.

Tips And Considerations

  • Short descriptions and descriptions can be generated for learning items only in English, French, and Spanish, based on the respective language.
  • When editing descriptions, the proposed short description can be up to 255 characters, and the proposed description can be up to 4000 characters.
  • Anyone who needs to view, change, and upload changes in the generated Microsoft Excel workbooks, needs to have Oracle Visual Builder for Excel installed on their device. 
  • AI prompts can be configured in the HCM Experience Design Studio using AI Configurator.
