Enhanced Toggling of Reward Points

If you now disable the reward points in the Global Settings, available points and the points-related interfaces globally are also disabled. Previously, disabling reward points stopped only the point distribution.

This feature ensures a consistent user experience by fully disabling points-related interfaces and it reduces confusion for users when reward points are turned off.

Steps to Enable
