Recipient-Controlled Visibility for Recognitions and Awards
Administrators can now allow recipients to override the default visibility settings of a recognition or award program. Depending on the program setup, recipients may choose to keep their recognition visible only to themselves, or to themselves and their managers, providing greater control over privacy. Previously, the privacy setting was at the program level only.
We have a new page named Privacy where the recipients can manage the privacy of their recognition or award programs. For the recipients to see this page, you need to enable User privacy settings option in the Global Settings page. To open the Global Settings page, click Navigator > My Client Groups > Show More > Configure Global Settings. You can find the link to the page under the Celebrate section. For the programs to appear in the Privacy page, you need to enable the user privacy settings at the program level. To open the program creation page, click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs >Add Program. You can find the link to the page under the Celebrate section.
To see the Privacy page, Click Navigator > Me > Celebrate. Navigate to the Privacy page from the Overview page. You can use the edit icon to change the privacy settings.
