New attributes as Subledger Accounting Sources
You can now view the following attributes for each journal entry line that's displayed within subledger accounting (SLA):
- Flow Name of Costing Process
- Flow Name of Costed Base Process
- Name of Costing Process
- Name of Costed Base Process
- Date Earned of Costed Base Process
- Effective Date of Costed Base Process
These attributes provide additional details about the costing result that generated the journal entry. For example, your company has processed 3 balance adjustments and sent the costs to subledger accounting. You can now display the Date Earned for each balance adjustment on the corresponding journal entry line.
You have the option to include attributes from the original (base) process and the payroll costing process. For example, you can display both the flow name of the Balance Adjustment and the flow name of the corresponding Costing of Balance Adjustment process on the journal entry.

Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
To display the name of the attributes in the subledger journal lines, create a description rule for the above new attributes as the source, and attach the new rule to the Subledger Journal Entry Rule sets.
