Access to Career Site Administration

As an admin, you can now give users access to the Career Sites Configuration page without having to give full access to Setup and Maintenance. When users have access, they'll see a new Career Sites Configuration quick action.

When users click the Career Sites Configuration quick action, the Career Sites Configuration page opens. They can perform all of the same functions as someone with Career Site Admin rights, but there is no back button to take them to other areas of the Setup and Maintenance work area.

This feature lets you delegate career site setup to non-admins.

Recruiting Administrators can access Career Sites Configuration page using either Setup and Maintenance, or the new quick action, because the new IRC_CONFIGURE_CAREER_SITE_PRIV privilege has been added to the Recruiting Administrator role.

Access Requirements

To see the new quick action users need the following:

• A new privilege called IRC_CONFIGURE_CAREER_SITE_PRIV
• Access to the My Client Groups tab
