Notification for Candidates When SMS is Blocked
Notifications are now displayed to candidates when they provide a phone number that's:
- Not from the allowed countries list
- On the blocked numbers list
- Matches a blocked phone number pattern
A notification is also displayed to candidates when the Recruiting SMS limit or the candidate SMS limit is reached for the day.
Notification When the Country is on the Not Allowed List
These notifications display when candidates enter a phone number during job application submission, when logging in to the career site, or when updating the phone number.
Notification When Phone number is in the Blocked List
If SMS is unavailable to the candidate, they're asked whether they'd like to communicate by email instead.
Notification When SMS isn't Supported for a Logged-In User's Phone Number
Notification When Phone Number is Part of a Blocked Pattern
This feature provides candidates with the reason why their phone number is preventing them from completing certain tasks. By offering an email alternative, they're still able to proceed, which results in fewer drop-offs.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
