Removal of Salary Validation in Create and Edit Job Offer Flows to Support Contingent Hiring

When you create or edit a job offer for a job requisition of type Agency Contingent, you no longer need to fill the Salary section (salary basis and salary amount). For all other recruiting types, the salary validation remains the same.

This flexibility has been added for the hiring of the contingent workforce, which is supported by recruiting agencies. Job offers of such workforce aren't generally created within Oracle Recruiting.

This feature is available in both Redwood and responsive pages.

Salary validation is removed from both manual and automatic (HDL) creation of job offers associated with job requisitions of Agency Contingent recruiting type.

Before testing the functionality, customer needs to enable the Agency Contingent value in the ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_TYPE lookup and create a job requisition using this value.
