Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance for manager evaluations in Redwood performance documents.with these enhancements:
- Enable managers to generate development tips for competencies based on manager entered comments, proficiencies, and ratings in addition to the competency name and description.
- Provide feedback to managers if there's insufficient data to generate an overall summary comment to reduce misleading responses.

This feature enables you to take advantage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance enhancements to streamline manager evaluations.
Steps to Enable
AI assistance is only available in the Redwood performance document. You need to configure the profile options for Redwood performance documents as indicated in the following table.

Tips And Considerations
When AI Assist is clicked one of these conditions must be met to generate a query:
- It checks for a minimum of 20 characters in the feedback provided by a person as Anytime Feedback in the past 13 months (that's visible to managers).
Or
- It checks for a minimum of 20 characters in the comments provided by a participant on an evaluation item or section in the same performance document.
Or
- It checks for a minimum of 20 characters in the comments provided by a manager as a comment on an evaluation item or section in the same performance document.
