Explore Goals on Team Goals Center

You can now explore goals for your team members on your Team Goals Center. Click the Explore Goals button on the Performance or Development tab of your team member’s Goals page to do this.

Steps to Enable

To enable the Redwood Team Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

Tips And Considerations

As administrators you can hide the Explore Goals button shown on the Team Goals Center. Edit the Team Goals Center page in Visual Builder Studio and set the value of the Enable Exploration of Goals constant to false.
