Validate Participant Field Values When Requesting Feedback

Enables HR administrators to use Business Rules in Oracle Visual Builder Studio to configure validation conditions on the Request Feedback page. These validations can be applied to both the person feedback is requested from and the person feedback is being requested for, using attributes such as department, person number, and Extra Information Types (EITs).
