Prevent accidental back-out of scheduled, unrestricted, and unrestricted open Life Events in bulk

This new enhancement introduces safeguards to the Back Out Life Events process to help prevent unintended bulk deletions of life event data—specifically for Open, Administrative, Unrestricted Open, and Unrestricted life events. The validation is triggered only when the resulting life event status is Voided, because this status makes reinstatement of enrollment data impossible.

When administrators attempt to back out events that would result in a Voided status, a new field called Estimate of Impacted People appears. This field is defaulted to 50, but users can modify it as needed to reflect the expected scope of impact. To prevent large-scale accidental changes, the process includes a 5% variance threshold. If the actual number of affected records exceeds this variance from the estimate, the process prompts you to  review the estimate.
