Currency Switcher Introduction in Salary and Individual Compensation Sections of Redwood Global HR Flows
In release 24C, we introduced the currency switcher on Redwood Compensation Info, Personal Contribution, Individual Compensation, and Administer Compensation pages. In 24D, we introduced it on Redwood Change Salary and View Compensation History pages. In 25B, we introduced it in add person flows. Now, it's also available in the rest of the Global HR flows, which are listed here:
- Promote
- Transfer
- Change Working Hours
- Change Location
- Change Manager
- Change Assignment
- Promote And Change Position
- Correct Employment Details
- Edit Pending Worker
- Add Assignment
- Local and Global Transfer
- Create and Edit Offer
This enhancement improves satisfaction and increases productivity by letting line and compensation managers work in their local currency.
Steps to Enable
The currency switcher isn’t visible by default. You can make it visible using business rules and Visual Builder Express mode.
