Minor Enhancements to Redwood Download Salaries

You can view assignment number and name in the Manager Hierarchy list. Also, the salary displayed in the preview and worksheet shows decimal places per the configuration. And business rule settings are now supported for the preview table, along with other minor enhancements.

Default authentication is now supported instead of basic authentication.
