Enhancements to Adjusted FTE in Grade Step Progression

In release 25B we introduced the option to use adjusted FTE instead of the standard FTE in grade step progression processes. In release 25C, we made some minor enhancements to indicate when the adjusted FTE is part of the calculations. The calculations themselves haven't changed.

We made a change to the Redwood Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates page. When you click a name to open the details page, the FTE value will have the Adjusted FTE notation, shown here, if the adjusted FTE was used in the calculation for the assignment.

We also updated the transaction report and log file for the processes. The transaction report now includes the Ajusted FTE Indicator column with either N or Y values to indicate whether the value in the FTE column is the standard FTE or adjusted FTE, as shown here.

We included a new line in the log file that indicates whether the profile option is enabled. This image shows the log file with the new Adjusted FTE Used line. If the value is Y, the profile option was set to Yes when the process ran. If the value is N, the profile option was set to No.
