Total Compensation Statement: Currency Display Revert to Currency Code

Redwood total compensation statements initially included both a currency symbol and currency code. Formerly in the classic statements, only currency code was displayed. According to customer feedback the inclusion of both the currency symbol and currency code were perceived as redundant info. Because the same symbol can be used by many currencies, in order to immediately simplify the display, we will revert to the currency code only. This will ensure that the currency being displayed on the statement is clearly defined, yet provide the needed simplification being requested. For example, the dollar symbol is used for the following currencies: United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Mexico, and others. When people work in multiple countries their total compensation statement currency is properly delineated for each country, by displaying only the currency code.

Simplify the display of currency on total compensation statements with the removal of currency symbol.
