You can now hide the following for all the Redwood workforce structures pages by using VB Studio business rules:

  • Summary of changes section

  • Comments and Attachments attributes in the Comments and attachments section

1) The Summary of Changes section is now available in VB Studio business rules for all the Redwood workforce structures pages. You can now hide this section, but not the individual attributes. For details about how to hide a section, see the Steps to Enable section.

2) The attributes in the Comments and attachments section are now available in VB Studio business rules for all the Redwood workforce structures pages. But the section isn't always displayed on the pages:

  • When approvals are enabled: The Comments and attachments section is displayed by default on all the Redwood workforce structures pages. However, you can now selectively hide either Comments or Attachments or both the attributes in this section using this feature. For details about how to hide a field, see the Steps to Enable section.

  • When approvals are disabled: The Comments and attachments section is hidden for all the Redwood workforce structures pages, even if the Comments and Attachments attributes are set to Visible using VB Studio business rules.

This feature enables you to hide the Comments and Attachments attributes in the Comments and attachments section even when approvals are enabled on your Redwood workforce structures pages. You can also hide the Summary of Changes section if required.
